|Recommended: NoWow — In all honesty this place has started leaving a lot to be desired. There are so many people in and out parking has become ridiculous. I am not handicapped but people including alot of delivery drives use them when others need them. The renters are smoking dope creating issues for everyone living here. You get high on your balcony without wanting to or you vvant enjoy your balcony. People fly through the parking lot. The new gates stay broken as much if not more than the old ones. The trash compactor is always having issues. When you pay what we do to live here you actually expect a little more.

She and her team have great customer service Our move date got moved up really quick without notice. They worked with us and helped us get in the same day. The property looks just like the pictures. Amazing price for everything you get. The units look new, no work needed. If work is needed, they can have maintenance there the same day.

We love the property, the neighborhood, and the managers maintenance staff as we’ve come to meet them all at one point or another. Never a negative comment, except once prior for a noise complaint in which the amazing ladies in the office assured to help with and was fixed immediately. I’m beyond grateful to live here and will continue to do my part to keep Arbor Trace awesome Thank you to all who has made our living experience here magnificent.

|Recommended: YesReview — Arbor Trace is a pretty property with helpful staff. Unfortunately, some tenants around my unit are consistently loud, both in their unit and in the parking lot, during quiet hours. Having called the courtesy officer nightly for a week, it is unknown if the issue has been addressed and, seemingly, the noise continues regardless.
