|Recommended: YesProfessional and respectful neighbors and Excellent Service from Staff — Home is what Arbor Trace advertised and indeed, it is for me I have lived in apartments local and abroad, however, ARBOR TRACE and their Team, specifically Lynn Haven is by far more than what I expected. Neighbors are quiet, spacious floor plan, spacious free parking, walking trail surrounded by beautiful trees, and most of all an exceptional service from team members at the leasing office. Maintenance team will come to fix issues from as simple as replacing AC filter. I will not wait at all or call office for a reminder. Most of all I am Safe here Keep up the Great work Team Arbor

|Recommended: YesAddendum to previous review — After living here almost three months, I can attest that the apartment complex truly lives up to and exceeds the glossy advertising materials found on the internet.
Also, on my previous review, I mentioned the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff - particularly Courtney. Courtney was my first contact early this summer. Cheyanne was the associate who worked relentlessly with Nancy and I since July 3rd to navigate through the approval and move-in process. Much kudos to Cheyanne

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to hang your hat — Wonderful place to live, great amenities, friendly understanding staff, amazing grounds. I wish the rent were cheaper, but you get what you pay for here. Rent everywhere is high right now overall.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Experience — As a New Tenant and Resident to Florida I would say this is the best complex I've lived in since relocating to Georgia and now her to Florida. The ladies in the office are amazing they made the process so smooth, even when I experienced some challenges the day I was moving in.
|Recommended: Yes10 10 Experience — Arbor Trace has been such a delight to work with and we thoroughly enjoy living here The grounds are immaculate and always very well kept, the apartments are beautiful inside and out and the noise is kept to such a minimum it feels like a single-family home All the extra activities, food trucks etc. provided by management is such an added touch and creates for a warm environment and energy Alexandria was such a huge help at getting us moved in and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly 10 10 experience and would recommend to all friends and family looking for a new home
