|Recommended: YesBoat or trailer parking — Because this is a boating community, there should be an area for boat or RV storage. Other new complexes allow trailer parking. That and there should be a limit to the size weight of dogs in upstairs units. Overall, it’s a very good place to live.

FYI I have some small little gifts in the apartment when I came in the first time after signing my lease, overall very detail oriented and considerate staff.
